Service was great the installers took a day in a half to install my 16 windows. They cleaned up well after themselves, answer questions I had regarding the function is of the windows. I ran into a Mr. Mike Jones at Racetrack yesterday. He was very nice and we spoke about replacing my roof. He gave me his business card and he was very informative and professional! When I do decide to replace my roof with my funds (retail) I will be giving Mike a call. It's not everyday you find nice, professional people that really care about you and your situation! No pressure up front when we were collecting bids, with "a great discount if you accept the offer at your table today", routine many others hit us with. Their communication was outstanding -- clear, prompt, and proactive. Every crew member was on time or ahead of schedule, which is a rarity in today's world.

The day of instalation couldn't have went any better. The crew arrived exactly when our project manager Chris told us they would. They were fantastic. Completed the job and cleaned up in 8 hours.
